Taste the bounty
We serve full evening dinners and generous lunches with vegetables from our market garden, complemented by seasonal game and products from fellow farmers in our local area. Joep cooks with whatever is available from the land, fitting the season, using intuition and experience.
The dishes served at Vaderland are works of art, created with heart and soul by top chef Joep and his team. We also serve organic (natural) wines that we personally select from our favourite wineries. Everything here is about conscious enjoyment.

Full evening four-course dinner
We serve four-course dinners with matching wines or alcohol-free alternatives. Everything is based on the bountiful harvest from our market garden. You can choose meat or vegetarian.
Introduction to Vaderland at 5:30pm
With a snack and a drink, Lianne talks to our guests about our vision and way of working at Vaderland. This takes place outside, weather permitting.
Dinner starts at 6:30pm
Four-course dinner €99,-* p.p. including aperitif, wines, alcohol-free drinks, water and herbal tea or coffee.
It’s also fine if you want to skip the introduction.
* From September the full evening 4-course menu will cost €119,- p.p.

Hiring our restaurant & cooking on location
We are happy to serve a beautiful lunch or dinner on a day of your choice. This could be at Vaderland or any other location. Something like a sumptuous sharing menu, a 3, 4 or 5-course menu, or a 'walking dinner'. We would love to discuss your ideal day and create an inspiring experience together.

About Joep
Head-chef, forager, pure and progressive
Joep comes up with our menus while walking through the market garden. He looks at what’s growing, tastes everything, and asks himself: what can I make from this? What’s happening in the garden right now?
He uses these ingredients to create something exciting on the plate. Combining the softness of a roasted pumpkin with crackers made from fermented pumpkin seeds. He is always experimenting and creating.
